The Production and Design Process

If
you are not sure about signing up with Adamongus, we
invite you to contact us
and let us know your concerns or questions. We are happy
to discuss any issues or comments you have.

This
section will explain the process we go through preparing
your order, adjusting the template, optimizing your images,
and developing your website.
Your
Order
When
we receive your order, we go through all the information
we have received from you. From the text for your pages,
the images you have sent, the options you have selected,
the template you want, the images you request, and any comments
you have included.
Your
Content
We will
make sure we have everything we need to produce your site,
and answer any of your questions, as well as contact you
if their is anything missing, unclear, or if you requested
a conversation.
Design
With
all the information in front of us, the text, the images,
and the template you requested, we start drawing out plans
to personalize the template to your business. By roughing
out placement of images, adjusting the navigation area (navigation
buttons) to accommodate your site size, and map out any
other modifications needed to produce your site.
|
| Pre-production
Pre-production
is when we prepare your images. We will make sure that the
images you have uploaded are the correct file format, and
the proper size to fit into the template. The files are
then "optimized", which is confirming the file
size is correct, and adjusting the number of color pixels
in the images for a balance of best quality and fast viewing.
Production
The
site goes into production stage, where all site adjustments
and modifications are made to the design. The text is formatted
and the images are placed. Unlike print, placement of images
are not always able to be placed anywhere. There are some
limits to precise coordinates of image placement and how
text flows on the page. Each page of the site is produced
and links are made, from page to page, and from your site
to outside sites if requested. All options are also brought
into effect, and the site is tested.
Proofing
The
site is uploaded online with a faux 'front door', allowing
you to enter the site and proof the work. Once you are notified
of this proofing stage, please view and check
all aspects of your new site within five working days,
and let us know what changes or corrections need to be made.
We will then make any changes and put the site online with
it's real home page that you have designated. You then have
another 10 working days to make any necessary changes. If
we do not hear back from you after the initial five day
notice, we will put your site online as is. If you need
an extension of proofing time, just let us know.
Congratulations
on your new site!
Post
Production Changes
You
can also request changes, additions, and modifications to
your site anytime. Just Contact Us
and let us know precisely what you would like to do, what
and where the changes are, or what you would like to add
or remove. There is usually a production fee for these changes
and we can give you an estimate before we start.

| Tip:
Be
aware that any website can look slightly different from
one internet browser to another, and from one operating
system to another. Even different monitors will change
the look slightly. Changes are mostly commonly seen
as different size text, the flow of the text on the
page, and the hue of the colors, especially background
colors. |

try to make the signup and ordering process as easy as possible,
the prices hard to pass up, and the outcome a work of quality
